I currently offer two seminars. Both are educational and motivational and give the recipient real world knowledge which, when applied, leads to sensational results.
FINANCIAL FITNESS TRAINING
This seminar educates the individual in how to begin to track income and expenses, prioritize spending, reduce and eliminate debt, improve credit ratings, and establish financial control.
This seminar is quite possibly the most valuable use of your and your employee’s time as debt in our society has reached epidemic levels with no end (other than this seminar) in sight.

HOME PURCHASING
This seminar educates the individual who is currently renting on all aspects necessary for a successful first home purchase. There is a large emphasis on gift programs that make it possible for someone to buy a home for less than $500.00 out of pocket.
If desired, this can also become a more advanced program to assist those who are looking to real estate as an investment vehicle.
